Job summary

Sundus Recruitment and Outsourcing Services, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Technician Operator with 5 years of experience to operate RO plant equipment in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or related field, with knowledge of RO membranes, pumps, filters, dosing systems, and control panels. Fluency in English and ability to work shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Experience in RO plant operation, water treatment, desalination, or utilities operations.
• Knowledge of RO membranes, pumps, filters, dosing systems, and control panels.
• Ability to read and understand technical parameters and operational logs.
• Basic knowledge of HSE requirements in industrial environments.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in shifts; UAE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate RO plant and utilities systems as required.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters for water treatment and desalination.
• Record operational data, performance metrics, and logs.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements in plant environments.
• Communicate any deviations or upsets to supervision in a timely manner.
