Job summary

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced RO Plant Foreman to lead the operation and maintenance of the RO water treatment plant at a large agricultural farm in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will supervise daily activities of the water treatment team and ensure the plant operates efficiently.

The role requires strong knowledge of RO systems, water quality standards, and safety/compliance. You will train staff, troubleshoot issues, maintain records, and collaborate with farm management to optimize irrigation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of RO or water treatment operations experience.
• Supervisory experience of plant teams.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of the RO plant.
• Monitor water quality and compliance with standards.
• Train and lead operators and maintenance staff.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Maintain records of plant operations and repairs.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Manage spare parts and chemical inventory.
• Collaborate with farm management to optimize water use.
