We are seeking a skilled Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant Operator to oversee the efficient, continuous operation of our RO water treatment systems. The operator will be responsible for monitoring system performance, handling technical issues, and ensuring water quality meets required standards. This includes monitoring water quality, adjusting chemical dosing, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards. Proficiency in SCADA-based plant automation is essential, along with experience in generating trend graphs, preparing monthly and annual performance reports, and executing RO plant normalization and membrane cleaning procedures.
Ensure continuous and efficient operation of the RO plant.
Regularly monitor system parameters and maintain accurate operational records.
Perform routine maintenance and address operational issues promptly.
Manage dosing systems and maintain proper chemical levels for optimal treatment performance.
Operate and interpret SCADA interface for plant monitoring and control.
Prepare trend graphs, monthly reports, and annual performance summaries.
Follows all relevant Department/Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Ensuring the organization adheres to legal frameworks in areas such as discipline & grievance, redundancy, and employment law.
