Job summary

Le Méridien Fujairah is seeking an RO & STP Technician responsible for operating, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting reverse osmosis and sewage treatment plants to ensure continuous treated water and compliant wastewater processes.

You will perform routine inspections, test water quality, manage chemical dosing, keep logs, and coordinate with contractors for major repairs, while adhering to health, safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor RO plant systems to ensure uninterrupted water production.
• Monitor plant parameters and perform routine maintenance.
• Inspect pumps, filters, valves, dosing systems and panels.
• Ensure proper chemical dosing and daily water testing.
• Troubleshoot RO failures and coordinate repairs.
• Operate and monitor STP equipment and processes.
• Check aeration, blowers, pumps, clarifiers and dosing units.
• Maintain operation and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs.
