Job summary

Yas WaterWorld Abu Dhabi is seeking a Rides Team Leader to supervise the rides team, assign manpower, and ensure safety, reliability and availability of all rides in daily park operations. You will manage schedules, oversee maintenance per manufacturer manuals, use CMMS Maximo for inputs, and coordinate with other departments to support safe operations.

Ideal candidates hold a technical diploma or degree and have 3+ years in supervision and maintenance, with strong English and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a technical qualification.
• 3+ years’ supervisory experience in maintenance.
• Strong English communication.
• Experience with CMMS and ride maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rides team and allocate daily work.
• Plan schedules based on priorities, tools, and spare parts.
• Support safe and efficient park operation through Technical Services.
• Oversee maintenance instructions and preventive maintenance per manuals.
• Utilize CMMS Maximo to input data and improve processes.
• Encourage ideas to improve safety, cost, and productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments for required support.
