Job summary

Miral Experiences is seeking a senior maintenance leader to plan and manage long-term maintenance, overhaul, and testing of park rides and attractions. The role includes integration, commissioning, training, and ensuring safety standards across the guest experience.

The ideal candidate will drive preventative maintenance programs, manage spares inventory, lead a disciplined maintenance team, and collaborate with engineering to deliver world-class park performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work productively within a team environment.
• Experience with MAXIMO or similar CMMS.
• AFO or equivalent certification for departmental role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee long-term planning for maintenance of rides and attractions.
• Integrate, commission and train for all rides and attractions.
• Maintain and improve Preventative Maintenance programs and inventory levels.
• Utilize CMMS to improve maintenance practices and procedures.
• Manage budgets, procurement and CAPEX for maintenance.
