Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Operations seeks a Channel Team Leader to monitor multiple sites from operations and compliance perspectives. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely launches and metrics with customer-obsessed ownership.

You will be responsible for performance monitoring, planning, vendor management, and daily summary preparation to drive improvements in transportation operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Operational experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand transportation operations issues and identify areas for improvement.
• Map requirements, analyze workflows, and prepare functional specifications.
• Develop metrics, executive updates, and forecasting to improve customer experience.
• Learn emerging industry practices and apply them to business problems.
• Design and pilot enterprise-wide programs for performance and cycle-time improvements.
