Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a data-driven analyst to support the Network Optimization unit in revenue maximization opportunities. You will develop and document actions by network optimization & RM teams, summarize results, and visualize insights to inform capacity shifts and route decisions.

Responsibilities include documenting changes, measuring revenue impact, reviewing demand, and coordinating with teams to update RMS and capacity constraints in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or Business Administration.
• 3 years working experience in a complex numerate and analytical environment, experience within airline industry preferred.
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and query tools including at least 2 of; SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with solid experience in business analysis, and at least 2 of; segmentation, regression analysis, clustering, forecasting, web analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support the development & execution of the strategies developed by the network optimization teams.
• Summarize / visualize results and highlight insights & opportunities.
• Document all ad-hoc and structural changes and measure revenue results for all network capacity changes.
• Review network constrained and unconstrained demand from PROS and propose capacity shifts
• Monitor the build on new frequencies / routes and update the network team
• Co-ordinate internally to obtain capacity restrictions and ensure RMS is updated on a timely basis.
