Job summary

Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi is seeking a data analytics professional to use analytical and data mining techniques to support the Network Optimization unit in revenue maximizing opportunities. Develop and document actions, summarize results, and highlight insights and opportunities; review demand, propose capacity shifts, and monitor new frequencies/routes, updating RMS as needed.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in a relevant field and 3 years in a numerate analytics environment with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or Business Administration
• 3 years working experience in a complex numerate and analytical environment, experience within airline industry preferred
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and query tools including at least 2 of; SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with solid experience in business analysis, and at least 2 of; segmentation, regression analysis, clustering, forecasting, web analytics

Responsibilities

• Review network constrained and unconstrained demand from PROS and propose capacity shifts

• Co-ordinate internally to obtain capacity restrictions and ensure RMS is updated on a timely basis.
