Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a Revenue Reconciliation Analyst to gather and monitor data for Institute Revenue Hub Dashboards, ensuring EMR data aligns with professional and hospital billing for accurate coding and revenue capture.

In this role, you will audit policies for compliance, report trends to management, and collaborate with Clinical Operations and Revenue Management to ensure timely revenue recognition. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to meet specific internet requirements: Cable modem with 25 MBPS UP / 75 MBPS DOWN.
• Computer must be connected via Ethernet cable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, monitor, and analyze reconciliation data reports for Institute Revenue Hub Dashboards.
• Identify and report trends or issues to management and team members.
• Compare EMR data to professional and hospital billing to ensure accurate coding.
• Audit Revenue Capture policies and procedures for compliance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Revenue Management departments to ensure timely revenue capture.
• Ensure all billable services are accurately captured in the appropriate billing system.
