SANAD is seeking a senior finance leader to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will define KPIs aligned with company objectives and develop growth plans for the finance function.

Role responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, tax and compliance management, and optimizing debt and liquidity while ensuring IFRS/COSO adherence. You will lead a cross-functional team to enhance financial performance and cost management.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of progressive finance experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience leading teams of five or more.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA.
• Strong ERP system experience and deep knowledge of IFRS.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Define KPIs aligned with company objectives and develop team growth plans.
• Maintain accurate accounts and ensure adherence to IFRS and COSO standards.
• Manage VAT, corporate tax, ESG/ESR, and TP compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and analyze budget variances.
• Maintain credit lines, optimize debt structure, and oversee financial covenants.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and supervise inventory and fixed assets processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance operational performance and cost management.
