Job summary

International Law Firm in Dubai seeks a part-time Revenue Executive to support the Dubai office. You will raise bills, draft prebills, and manage invoicing while ensuring accurate time and disbursement entries.

You will liaise with partners, clients, and executives, track WIP and debtors, and use ERP/Expert or equivalent systems. Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of UAE VAT are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience as Revenue Executive in a law firm preferred
• Knowledge of UAE VAT laws advantageous

Responsibilities

• Raising bills on a timely basis and ensuring prompt payment
• Drafting and checking prebills
• Processing collation of bills and time/disbursement writeoffs
• Direct contact with clients regarding unpaid bills
• Liaison with partners and executives on debts
• WIP/Debtor meetings with partners and fee earners
• Handling Ebilling uploads and ERP/Expert system usage
• Strong IT skills with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Excellent opportunity for an experienced law firm Revenue Executive seeking parttime work for the Dubai office of an international law firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring that bills are raised correctly on a timely basis and are paid promptly.
• Drafting and checking prebills
• Processing collation of bills chasing bills time/disbursement writeoffs time/disbursement transfers and edits/cancellations and reissues.
• Direct contact with clients regarding unpaid bills
• Liaison with partners and executives regarding queried debts unpaid bills.
• WIP/Debtor meetings with partners and feeearners.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and a working use ofExpert or equivalent systems would be preferable although training will be provided.
• Strong IT skills good working knowledge of Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Managing the Ebilling invoice uploads.
• Knowledge of KSA/UAE VAT laws.
