Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking an Executive – Financial Operations in Dubai to join our Financial Management team. The role focuses on Accounts Receivable and Payroll operations, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and timely reporting.

You will handle customer invoicing, revenue recognition, month-end close support, and payroll processing, while collaborating with auditors and management to ensure financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Payroll.
• Strong understanding of reconciliations and basic financial reporting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes, and intercompany invoices.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
• Perform revenue recognition and support month-end closing activities.
• Prepare validation and revenue analysis reports.
• Process monthly payroll and employee-related payments (commissions, per diem, EOS).
• Handle payroll-related government transactions within defined timelines.
• Complete payroll reconciliations and month-end closing processes.
• Assist in manpower budgeting activities.
• Respond to queries related to receivables and payroll.
• Support audit processes by providing required documentation.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive – Financial Operations to join our Financial Management team. This role plays a key part in supporting Accounts Receivable and Payroll operations, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes, and intercompany invoices
