SureSpace is seeking a highly driven Sales Associate in Dubai to own day-to-day B2C and B2B sales execution. This hands-on role focuses on speaking with people, following up relentlessly, attending events, demonstrating the product, and converting opportunities into paying members.

You will work with clear commercial objectives, maintain excellent records, and report progress independently, balancing evenings and weekends with business needs in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with B2C leads and convert qualified prospects into members.
• Attend events and demonstrate the product to attendees, explaining membership benefits.
• Maintain a clear CRM with status and next actions; report progress weekly.
• Conduct outbound B2B prospecting to venues and professional communities.
• Identify decision-makers, book meetings, and advance opportunities through the pipeline.
