Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related healthcare/clinical research finance.
• Experience with billing, collections and accounts receivable processes.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and PivotTables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and manage sponsor invoices based on trial agreements and study budgets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and manage sponsor invoices based on clinical trial agreements and study budgets
• Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up with sponsors regarding outstanding balances
• Reconcile sponsor payments to bank deposits and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with revenue journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Perform quality control reviews of clinical research budgets within CRIO to ensure alignment with contracts
• Evaluate existing revenue cycle workflows and leverage technology to improve efficiency and scalability
• Partner with Clinical Operations to resolve billing questions and ensure accurate financial tracking

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), healthcare finance, or clinical research finance
• Experience managing billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas and PivotTables
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with clinical research sponsor billing or clinical trial financial management
• Experience with CRIO or other Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
• Accounting experience including journal entries and month-end close support
• Experience with workflow automation or process optimization initiatives
• Experience with healthcare claims processing or denials management
