Job summary

Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a finance professional to audit and verify daily revenue across Rooms, F&B and other outlets, and to prepare the Daily Income Report each business day. You will perform daily reconciliations between Opera PMS, Micros Simphony, SUN Systems and accounting records, review rebates, discounts and adjustments, and support month-end close and audits.

Strong knowledge of OPERA, Micros, SUN Systems and MS Office, plus clear communication skills, are essential to ensure

Responsibilities

• Audit and verify daily revenue from Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other hotel outlets.
• Prepare the Daily Income Report on every working day and ensure completion before 08:30 hrs.
• Perform daily reconciliations between Opera PMS, Micros Simphony, SUN Systems & MS Office and accounting records.
• Review rebates, discounts, and adjustments to ensure proper authorization and documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and support internal/external audits.
