RNA Resources Group is seeking a Manager Finance Shared Services Revenue Assurance to safeguard revenue streams through strong controls, accurate billing, and data validation. You will lead a cross-functional SSC team and collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, and executives to improve revenue integrity and drive automation.

Qualifications

• CA qualification with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• 7–12 years in Finance Shared Services, Revenue Assurance or Order-to-Cash with 3–5 years in management.
• Proven track record leading transformational or digitalization projects.
• Strong ERP understanding and automation tool familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end revenue integrity across order-to-cash, billing, invoicing, and collections.
• Lead large-scale process transformation to improve efficiency and automation.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary SSC team and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Develop a roadmap for SSC scalability and continuous improvement.
• Deliver revenue assurance MIS, dashboards, and executive reporting.
