Job summary

IFS is recruiting for a Senior Manager Group ARR to lead governance reporting analysis and continuous improvement of Group Software ACV and ARR metrics. The role partners with Finance Leadership Sales Operations FP&A and executive teams to ensure data integrity across the business.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Finance or Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Data Science.
• Professional qualification (ACA ACCA CIMA CPA) MBA viewed favourably.
• Significant experience in Commercial Finance FP&A or related analytical roles.
• Experience within a software SaaS subscription or technology company.
• Experience with ARR/ACV SaaS metrics subscriptions renewals and retention.
• Experience supporting executive-level business reviews and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly Group Software Bookings ACV and ARR reporting process.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of commercial metrics to executives and boards.
• Deliver insightful analysis of trends risks and opportunities.
• Maintain reporting consistency across regions and product lines.
• Prepare executive-level reporting packages and management commentary.
• Act as SME for Bookings ACV ARR Downsell Churn and related metrics.
• Review deal structures to determine ARR treatment and policy governance.
• Lead data quality controls and continuous improvement in reporting.
