Job summary

Airalo is hiring a Finance Transformation Lead to drive modernization of the finance function. You will act as the finance PMO and process architect, reporting to the CFO and collaborating across the finance organization and external advisors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance with a track record of leading large-scale transformation.
• Led ERP implementation end-to-end as finance lead (SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics).
• Strong controllership and ITGC/audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own the ERP program from BRD through design, data migration, cutover.
• Act as primary counterpart to SI and delivery partners, ensuring quality and outcomes.
• Lead design across the finance value chain: revenue, COGS, intercompany, consolidation, close, tax.
• Own transformation roadmap, governance, and change adoption.
