Job Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Deliver professional and high-quality customer service, identify customer needs, recommend suitable products and services, maintain good customer relationships, and handle after-sales inquiries.
• Sales Performance: Serve customers daily in accordance with company requirements and achieve personal sales targets.
• Operations Execution: Conduct daily store operations including merchandise display, stock replenishment, cleaning, cashiering, inventory counting, and shift handover following company requirements and operational standards.
• Merchandise Management: Be responsible for incoming goods inspection, merchandise display, product quality management and service quality management.

Job Requirements

• College diploma or above, with 1–3 years of working experience in the digital product industry.
• Passionate about the consumer electronics industry and able to quickly understand new products and their features.
• Enthusiastic about sales and customer service, with proactive sales mindset and service skills.
• Hard-working, quick to learn, and possess good teamwork spirit.
