Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia seeks a Business System Manager - Data Platform Engineering for Retail IT to enhance analytics supporting Omni-channel planning, buying, and merchandising. The role requires expertise in AWS Redshift, Databricks, SAP, and AI-enabled BI capabilities, driving BRDs and end-to-end project delivery across BI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field.
• Oracle Retail Functional certification is preferred.
• 12-15 years of IT experience with Retail ERP desirable.
• Experience integrating multiple in-house and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for BI technologies focusing on planning, buying, and merchandising.
• Lead requirement analysis and BRD creation for new projects and enhancements.
• Collaborate with SI partners and guide teams through all project phases.
• Manage SAP and BI applications support, data integration, and master data management.
