Job summary

Client of Expert Skilled Human Resource Consulting is seeking an in-store trainer to conduct regular training on ADPP features and promotions across UAE stores. You will coach sales teams, enhance attachment rates, and ensure on-brand messaging while building strong store relationships.

The role requires UAE retail experience, proven sales performance, and readiness to travel between UAE locations to drive retailer initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluent in a South Indian language (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and/or Telugu).
• UAE retail experience as merchandiser, sales promoter or trainer.
• Proven record hitting sales targets, ideally in ADPP, extended warranties or electronics accessories.
• Strong presentation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to travel across UAE store locations.
