Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail is seeking a Sales Assistant to engage customers, promote products, and support store operations. The role emphasizes delivering a positive customer experience, maintaining store standards, and contributing to sales targets across daily retail activities.

You will interact with customers, provide product information, assist at fittings and cash wrap, and help keep the store clean and organized in line with visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent educational background.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Strong verbal communication skills to engage customers and convey product information.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive first impression for customers with energetic attitude and adherence to dress code.
• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and friendly greeting.
• Provide customers with current relevant information about products.
• Thank customers for shopping as they exit and invite them back.
• Provide quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers.
• Offer efficient service at cash wrap, maintain cleanliness and capture customer information.
• Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
• Perform housekeeping duties and adhere to visual presentation standards.
