Job summary

Alshaya Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to drive expansion across the UAE, overseeing a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial, and mixed-use properties within the region.

The role focuses on acquisitions planning, site selection, lease negotiations, budgeting, and portfolio management, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve property objectives across the UAE and GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC retail property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of acquisition, portfolio management, lease administration, and site selection.
• Proven negotiation, financial analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and commercial leasing practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial, and mixed-use properties in the UAE.
• Support store expansion through site identification, evaluation, and acquisitions.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial assessments for new openings.
• Lead lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and landlord relations.
• Monitor budgets, occupancy costs, service charges, and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams on store development, fit-out, and relocations.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Build relationships with landlords, developers, and service providers.
• Prepare property performance reports and recommendations to support business decision-making.
