Job summary

Karan Group is seeking a Retail Manager in Dubai to oversee operations across all retail fuel outlets. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive customer retention and acquisition.

With 5–10 years of experience in retail or petroleum leadership roles, the candidate must demonstrate effective team leadership, stock control, and proficiency in POS/ERP systems. This role involves compliance management and analytical decision-making to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in retail/fuel station operations, supply chain management, or petroleum retail leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail teams and ensure station SOP compliance.
• Monitor sales, dispatches, and daily performance dashboards.
• Manage fuel supply, stock levels, and shortage control.
• Handle customer relationships and acquire new clients.
• Drive OMS/POS/ERP system training and compliance.
• Oversee debtor management and enforce credit limits.
• Track shortages, investigate variances, and implement controls.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure site hygiene, branding, and equipment uptime.
