Job summary

LINKVIVA is seeking a Freelance Retail Curation Specialist in Dubai to collaborate with our Curation and events teams. You will drive vendor selection, manage relationships, and oversee on-site merchandising for diverse retail activations.

The role focuses on delivering seamless experiences, building partnerships with brands, and ensuring compliant and high-quality guest interactions at live events in the UAE.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Curate the Retail Mix and source standout vendors aligned with events concept and target audience.
• Build strong partnerships with local boutiques, international brands and niche stores.
• Negotiate and manage vendor terms, pricing and exclusivity when applicable.
• Deliver seamless execution by overseeing vendor setup, merchandising flow and on-site coordination.
• Ensure contract compliance, licensing and regulations for all retail activations.
