Job summary

Burj Line Builders in Dubai is seeking a sales-oriented candidate to handle walk-in customers at Deira Gold Souk, selling jewellery-making tools and related equipment. You will understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, while processing quotations and orders, and maintaining showroom presentation.

The role requires good communication skills, willingness to learn technical product details, and experience in counter/retail sales, preferably in jewellery or industrial supplies.

Qualifications

• Counter/retail sales experience in jewellery/tools/industrial supplies.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Hindi/Gujarati/Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn technical product details.

Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers including goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, and manufacturers.
• Sell jewellery-making tools, machinery, equipment, plating and industrial chemicals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers.
• Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation.

Location: Deira Gold Souk, Dubai
Salary: AED 2,500/month + accommodation + transport
Experience: 1–2 years preferred; freshers with strong communication skills can be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers, including goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, and manufacturers.

• Sell jewellery-making tools, machinery, equipment, plating and industrial chemicals.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers.

• Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation.
  

Requirements

• Counter/retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, tools, hardware or industrial supplies.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Hindi/Gujarati/Arabic is an advantage.

• Willingness to learn technical product details.

Working hours

10 AM–1 PM and 4 PM–9 PM, 6 days/week. Weekly off: Sunday/rotational.
