Job summary

Qureos in Dubai’s Deira area is seeking a jewellery retail sales associate to handle walk-in customers, advise on tools and machinery, and process orders. You will maintain showroom presentation and build knowledge of product details for effective recommendations.

The role requires strong communication with customers and a willingness to learn technical product specifics, with a 6-day work week and shifts from 10 AM to 1 PM and 4 PM to 9 PM.

Qualifications

• Counter/retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, tools, hardware or industrial supplies.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Hindi/Gujarati/Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn technical product details.

• Handle walk-in customers, including goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, and manufacturers.

Location: Deira Gold Souk, Dubai
Salary: AED 2,500/month + accommodation + transport
Experience: 1–2 years preferred; freshers with strong communication skills can be considered.
