Job summary

Qureos in Dubai is seeking a showroom sales associate for our jewellery range. You will handle walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable tools, machinery, plating and chemicals to support their projects.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to learn technical product details. Working hours are 10 AM–1 PM and 4 PM–9 PM, six days a week with Sundays off or rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, tools, hardware or industrial supplies.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to learn technical product details.

Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers, including goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, and manufacturers.
• Sell jewellery-making tools, machinery, equipment, plating and industrial chemicals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers.
• Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation.
