Job summary

GMG is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst – Retail in Dubai to transform retail and FMCG data into actionable insights. You will support commercial decision-making, build dashboards, validate data, and monitor store performance across GMG's Everyday Goods Retail division.

The role involves collaborating with commercial, finance, operations and technology teams to identify trends, forecast demand and optimize assortment and stock availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in business intelligence, retail analytics or data analysis is preferred.
• Ability to build dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate commercial and operational data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for commercial, retail and operational stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and perform root-cause analysis to identify performance gaps.
• Support sales forecasting by analyzing historical performance and drivers.
• Translate complex datasets into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
