Job summary

Prime Strategy Consultants in Dubai seeks a hands-on retail operations leader to oversee performance and operations across multiple stores.

You will supervise Store In-Charges, drive sales targets, ensure stock integrity, merchandising, hygiene, and SOP adherence while coaching teams and conducting regular store audits.

• Strong retail operations and sales exposure.
