Job summary

Four Seasons Dubai DIFC is seeking a guest services professional to manage reservations, calls and guest inquiries with poise and warmth. You will build relationships with guests, support revenue initiatives, and ensure flawless service delivery in a luxury hotel environment.

• Monitor guest satisfaction, service quality, and assist with complaint resolution.
• Collaborate with operational teams and provide on-the-floor support during peak periods.
