Job summary

Le Méridien Fujairah on Dibba Road seeks a Restaurant/Hotel Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations, assist with menu planning, maintain sanitation, and support servers and hosts during peak meal periods.

The role focuses on guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, and staff development. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a 2-year degree in hospitality or related field, plus F&B experience. This is a full-time management position in Fujairah, UAE.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in F&B or related area.
2-year degree in Hospitality or related field with 2 years F&B experience.

Responsibilities

Supervises daily restaurant operations and staffing.
Maintains service and sanitation standards in outlets.
Assists with menu planning and peak time coverage.
Monitors staff performance and training needs.
Ensures compliance with liquor laws and hospitality policies.
Oversees purchasing and invoices for the department.
Provides excellent guest service and resolves issues.

Education

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
