Job summary

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Airport Road is seeking a Non-Management, Full-Time hospitality professional to oversee daily dining operations and ensure guest needs are met. You will supervise staff, monitor grooming and attire, and manage opening and closing duties to maintain service quality.

As a key team member, you will assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching employees, while upholding safety policies and ensuring a hospitable guest experience in

Qualifications

At least 2 years of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None.

Responsibilities

Ensure staff is working together as a team to provide optimum service and meet guest needs.
Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify any deficiencies.
Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing the premises.
Inspect storage areas, use FIFO, and ensure cleanliness and inventory readiness.
Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being; complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; model professional behavior.
