Restaurant Manager Vacancy in Dubai UAE – Responsibilities, Required Qualifications, and Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced and vibrant environment and play a key role in driving the success of our restaurant.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved and that staff are well managed. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills while also possessing strong interpersonal abilities. The manager must be able to adapt quickly to the changing needs of the organization while maintaining a positive outlook and attitude with customers and staff alike.

To qualify for this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in the food service industry with at least 3 years in a managerial role. An associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality management is highly desirable but not mandatory. You must also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as strong analytical skills. A valid work permit or visa for Dubai is also required for this position.

While not mandatory, we would prefer candidates who have experience working in multi‑cultural environments as well as those who have prior knowledge of local cuisine and culture. Additionally, prior experience working with international customers will be highly valued.
