Restaurant Manager vacancy in Dubai UAE for foreigners

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Dubai

Salary: 1000

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including running the day-to-day operations, developing and executing strategies to grow sales, improving customer service and satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

The Restaurant Manager will be expected to lead by example and ensure that standards of safety, cleanliness, customer service and quality of food are maintained at all times. They will also be responsible for managing staff, scheduling shifts and delegating tasks effectively. As well as ensuring adherence to health & safety regulations, they will need to ensure that all food is prepared according to standard recipes and served promptly. The successful candidate must have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

The successful applicant must have experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry as well as a proven track record of success. Experience in international cuisine is an advantage but not essential. A valid UAE work visa is required for this position so we are particularly keen to hear from foreign applicants who meet these criteria.
