You will be expected to monitor staff performance, handle customer complaints effectively and ensure that food safety regulations are adhered to at all times. You will also be tasked with developing promotional activities and raising awareness of the restaurant through marketing initiatives such as social media campaigns. Finally, you will be responsible for preparing weekly reports outlining sales figures and performance reviews for management review.
