The role requires proven leadership in hospitality, strong customer service focus, and excellent communication. English is essential; Arabic knowledge is a plus. Flexible shifts and a collaborative kitchen environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
• Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
• Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment
• Resolve customer complaints and address any operational issues promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, considering local tastes and trends
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve skills and maintain service standards
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
