Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a diverse team, manage staffing, inventory, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic waterfront setting.

You will collaborate with the kitchen, monitor quality, enforce food safety, control costs, and develop menus and marketing initiatives to attract guests. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred, with strong English skills (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager or leadership role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation for memorable dining experiences.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic a plus.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and cost control.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and health codes.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
