We are looking for a competent, experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate should be able to lead a team of staff, whilst ensuring the highest quality of customer service, food and beverage standards and overall restaurant operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking individual who is eager to establish a career in restaurant management.

The primary duties of the Restaurant Manager will include overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day running of the restaurant, such as staff supervision and scheduling, menu planning and development, sales and promotion, budgeting and financial control. As well as having strong leadership skills, the successful candidate should have an eye for detail when it comes to customer service and an ability to solve problems quickly.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. They must have excellent communication skills as well as being fluent in English (other languages are desirable). In addition to this, they must have strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask efficiently.
