Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara’s restaurant and bar. The role focuses on providing exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and developing the Food & Beverage team.

The successful candidate will predominantly work evening shifts and must be available to work weekends as required, supporting a luxury hospitality environment on site in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage operations preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Organises and coordinates the restaurant operations to provide dining services.
• Oversee smooth, efficient, and professional daily operations of the restaurant & bar.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the property’s F&B offerings to promote to guests.
• Collaborate with the kitchen during service periods to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, coach, and train Food & Beverage Attendants, fostering a high-performing team.
• Manage staff rostering, workflow, and service standards for efficiency.
• Monitor hygiene and workplace health & safety compliance.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and reporting as required.
• Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence, with continuous improvement initiatives.
