Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works together as a team to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff; rectify any deficiencies; complete opening and closing duties.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; coach team members.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest wellbeing; complete safety and quality checks.
• Read and follow company policies; develop positive working relationships and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
