Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together to provide optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming and attire and rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties, set up supplies and tools, and clean equipment and areas.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety and guest well-being; inappropriate conditions are reported and fixed.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and motivating employees; act as a role model.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets; maintain confidentiality.
