Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Dubai seeks a non-management team member to ensure staff work together to deliver optimum guest service across all dining operations.

You will supervise grooming, culture, and service standards while coordinating with managers to open and close shifts and manage supplies. You will assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees; uphold safety policies, protect company assets, and model professional communication and guest care.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works as a team to deliver optimum guest service.
• Inspect grooming and attire; rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening/closing duties and inventory checks.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and professional standards.
