Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as Manager/Shift Leader in a 5 Star Hotel or resort in UAEN.

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy schedule.
• Solid admin and IT abilities for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the housekeeping team and ensure tidiness of public and back areas.
• Supervise cleaning of guest areas, corridors, and stairwells.
• Act as departmental trainer with focus on skill growth and SOP refreshers.
