Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a Hotel Driver at a luxury property in Abu Dhabi. You will provide safe, reliable transportation for guests, VIPs, management and colleagues, delivering a high standard of hospitality and guest comfort.

You will handle airport transfers, assist with luggage, maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel, and stay informed about Abu Dhabi landmarks and routes, while complying with UAE traffic laws and hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license.
• Experience as hotel driver or chauffeur is preferred.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and UAE traffic regulations.
• Strong English communication; additional languages optional.
• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests, VIPs, executives, and colleagues to and from the hotel, airport, and other locations.
• Provide airport transfers and hotel transportation services.
• Welcome and assist guests with luggage and personal belongings.
• Maintain high standard of guest service and a positive first/last impression of the hotel.
• Drive hotel vehicles safely and comply with UAE traffic laws and safety policies.
• Maintain knowledge of Abu Dhabi area and major locations.
• Check vehicles before/after shifts; ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
• Report vehicle defects or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist Concierge/Front Office with transport arrangements.
• Handle guest inquiries professionally and escalate as needed.
