Jumeirah Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi invites a dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our wellness team. You will design personalized plans for guests, lead group classes such as yoga and Pilates, and deliver tailored one-on-one training while ensuring equipment safety and optimal gym standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in hotels, resorts, or gyms, with excellent English and a strong service mindset. Flexible shifts and a passion for helping guests achieve their fitness goals are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, resort or gym environment is preferred.
• Strong command of English and customer service orientation.
• Flexibility to work shifts and guest-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans for guests.
• Lead group fitness classes including yoga, pilates and strength training.
• Provide one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to guest needs.
• Ensure gym equipment is safe and well-maintained.
