Job summary

Silver Land Contracting L.L.C is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead residential building projects in Dubai (G+4). You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence and compliance with quality and safety standards.

You will coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and procurement, plan activities, and maintain rigorous controls to deliver projects from planning through handover, with a hands-on approach to site management.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in construction projects.
• Proven experience in residential building projects (G+4) in UAE and familiarity with UAE authority approvals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate site execution with teams, subcontractors, and procurement.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in UAE.
• Provide progress reporting and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Handover and closeout of projects to owners.
