JKS Restaurants are seeking a Reservations Supervisor to join their team for an exciting new opening in Dubai this year. The successful candidates will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reservations Supervisor to join an award‑winning, critically acclaimed group, supporting a high‑profile opening. The restaurant will showcase one of JKS’ Michelin‑starred Indian concepts as part of the group’s continued international expansion/growth.

The Position

We're looking for a Reservations Supervisor to ensure a welcoming and engaging first impression and an exceptional guest experience. You will be delivering high standards and ensuring a seamless journey for our guests from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating an inviting environment & memorable experiences for every guest that comes through our doors;
• Taking a hands on approach to your role and ensuring that you consistently support the front of house team in day-to-day operations;
• Managing reservations to leveraging guest profiles and reporting tools to optimise service and drive repeat guest visits. The ideal candidate would have expertise in Sevenrooms;
