Fundamental Hospitality in Dubai is seeking an experienced Junior Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at a nightlife restaurant. You will manage arrivals, seating, and guest flow, while maintaining an elevated guest experience from day one.

The role requires a warm, polished demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Evening and weekend work is expected, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival to create a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations, guest lists, walk-ins and seating arrangements.
• Coordinate with the Door Manager, management and service team for smooth guest flow.
• Escort guests to tables and provide a professional venue introduction.
• Maintain knowledge of reservations, table availability and guest preferences.
• Handle guest requests with discretion and professionalism.
• Monitor waiting areas and keep guests informed about arrival times.
• Support venue atmosphere, presentation and service standards.
• Assist with events, VIP arrivals and private functions when required.

About the Opportunity

Fundamental Hospitality is looking for an experienced Hostess (Junior) to join one of our nightlife restaurants in Dubai.

The Hostess (Junior) will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and elevated arrival experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team from the launch and contribute to establishing the venue’s service culture and guest experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly greet all guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.




• Manage reservations, guest lists, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently.




• Coordinate closely with the Door Manager, Restaurant Management, and service team to ensure smooth guest flow.




• Escort guests to their tables and provide a professional introduction to the venue.




• Maintain accurate knowledge of reservations, table availability, and guest preferences.




• Handle guest requests and enquiries with confidence, discretion, and professionalism.




• Monitor the waiting area and ensure guests are kept informed throughout their arrival experience.




• Support the team in maintaining the overall atmosphere, presentation, and service standards of the venue.




• Assist with special events, VIP arrivals, and private functions when required.
